The choice of contractor will be influenced by both the quality and price of the proposals which are sent in. Ideas for the type of equipment to be installed have been obtained from a local school but this is not exclusive or exhaustive. A full brief of the requirements is attached along with the contract documentation and photographs of the site as can be found currently. Additional information: Contractors wishing to provide tenders for this project and be considered must return all completed documents by Noon on Friday 2nd August in a plain envelope using the attached label along with any supporting evidence to support their bid and the tender. All artwork of their proposals must be clear and show exactly how they envisage the site to look on completion. The contract will be awarded on price and particularly on the quality/ play value of their proposal, taking into account all that is required in the Contract Documentation.
