The contracts will commence in January 2022 for a period of 5 years. Sub-licencing of the concession contracts granted is expressly prohibited. Proposals for commercial recreational and leisure activity opportunities will be considered against park (site) suitability. However, the Council will not be considering Open Air Cinema, mobile catering and static catering proposals as part of this tender process - these opportunities are captured as part of separate tender exercises.
