Across our South West Estate (Including Court Buildings and a Hospital) Equans are looking for a partner to support primarily in ad-hoc reactive, small work and corrective works. Which can range from faulty boilers to replacement work tops. There may also be a need to fulfil some adhoc Pre-planned Maintenance Scope of Works 1.1 Key objectives of the contract are to: * Ensure the entire workforce used on the contract has gained DBS enhanced disclosure. * Populate and maintain an accurate electronic register of works to support service sheets. * Demonstrate industry best working practices in service delivery and compliance with statute and deliver Value for Money (VfM), responding to and resolution of any disputes effectively. * Demonstrate and evidence (when required) all works, and maintenance activities are completed in a safe, controlled environment in compliance with Health & Safety legislation and all other relevant technical regulations. * The contractors will be expected to participate and demonstrate a high standard of Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) and an annual audit will be undertaken by EQUANS, as part of our Contractor Management Procedure. We are looking for M&E and building fabric contractors to assist in the South West region, specifically in the Devon, Cornwall and Hampshire area. This is to assist with reactive services and remedial works.
