The deliverables are categorised by the following: End to end digital by default service for the civil money claims/ damages service (current service (in public beta) primarily deals with the initial issue and respond phases of the business/legal process); System to system integration (e.g. API) between the HMCTS platform and external solicitor/ other organisations; Refactoring of the existing front-end citizen service to align with strategic common components and new business state and event model: https://www.gov.uk/make-money-claim Live operations support of existing and future digital service; Handover to the authority's business and usual support team(s); Position of Civil Jurisdiction Projects: The Civil project is currently developed and supported by several suppliers with other suppliers providing QA and Solution Architecture outcomes/ resources.
