## Notice

HMCTS are seeking a managed service provider to ensure that high quality digital services are developed for the Civil jurisdiction that are simple, easy to use and meet the government service standard. The managed service provider will be responsible for delivering the outcomes as specified in the contract and Statement of Work (SOW). The deliverables are categorised by the following: End to end digital by default service for the civil money claims/ damages service (current service (in public beta) primarily deals with the initial issue and respond phases of the business/legal process); System to system integration (e.g. API) between the HMCTS platform and external solicitor/ other organisations; Refactoring of the existing front-end citizen service to align with strategic common components and new business state and event model: https://www.gov.uk/make-money-claim Live operations support of existing and future digital service; Handover to the authority's business and usual support team(s); Position of Civil Jurisdiction Projects: The Civil project is currently developed and supported by several suppliers with other suppliers providing QA and Solution Architecture outcomes/ resources.
