This is a three year contract with a 2 year extension option (3+1+1), potentially extending the contract into 2028. The maintenance levels for the assets will be as per the SFG20 standards. We are seeking to establish a mutually beneficial relationship to allow the Authority to continue delivering the high levels of service to the schools and ensure systems remain legally compliant and safe; and energy efficient and effective.
