The project will have two parts,- Part A will use content analysis to examine remuneration policies detailed in company annual reports covering the periods both before and after the Code's introduction. Part B will analyse shareholder voting on companies' revised remuneration policies at their 2020 annual general meetings (AGMs). The project scope for both parts is FTSE 350 companies.
