The works include but are not limited to: *Refurbishment of cellular offices to provide flexible hot desk spaces; provision of new benching, power and data points, upgraded lighting, new radiators, new vinyl flooring and new blinds. *New vinyl flooring to all areas *Overhaul of fire doors generally *Overhaul of toilet facilities (new sanitary ware and finishes) *Fire Alarm remedial works) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
