## Notice

Provision of Social Care in Prisons in Norfolk From 1.4. 2015 Local Authorities have a duty to meet eligible social care needs and plan for continuity of care for people in prison and approved premises. A social care pathway has been agreed by the Prison Health and Social Care Partnership Board. The purpose of the service is to meet the eligible social care needs of people in Norfolk's prisons and approved premises. Primarily this will involve the provision of personal care services, with particular demand at HMP Norwich.
