## Notice

A new link road joining the M11 to the B183 in Harlow will also be included. The B183 will be widened locally allowing access to the A414. The appointment will be based on the NEC3 Engineering Construction Contract Option A - Priced Contract with Activity Schedule. The anticipated contract value is PS45,000,000 PS50,000,000.
