Car parking for circa 320 spaces including light and heavy goods vehicle parking. Unit refuse storage, motorbike and cycle parking. - Site hard and soft landscaping including paths and landscaping to the River Mersey frontage. - Extensive site and retaining works including integrated buffer landscaping to adjacent residential areas. New tree planting throughout. - New utilities to site including diversion works. - New site drainage with surface water attenuation to all roads and hard surfacing. - Enabling works required to clear existing site trees and ground cover, coordinating nesting issues and other environmental constraints.
