## Summary

The flat roof of the garage will be used as an external terrace for viewing sport. Planning application P20/20116/F with South Gloucestershire Council. The Pre- Qualification Questionnaire must be completed by 1pm Tuesday 4th May 2021 and returned to clerk@patchwaytowncouncil.gov.uk
