They would like to work with a partner to help define what success looks like and to create effective interventions to inspire change. They anticipate developing a Theory of Change model, or similar tool to help understand causation and this process is already underway. They would like appointed partner to work with them to understand how they can best address and harness structural factors and theories from behavioural psychology to make change happen.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
