The project involves a three-storey facility designed for chemical, mechanical, and electrical engineering disciplines, ensuring BREEAM Excellent and an EPC Grade A rating. It is planned that the contractor will mobilise in March 2020 and complete the project by 8th July 2021. Intended tender method: The University is inviting formal Expressions Of Interest (EOI) in the project before running a Closed Tender. The EOI documentation is available on In-Tend (details below) and will include RIBA Stage 3 and programme information, and a copy of the University's Special Conditions under JCT form of contract.
