The entitlement will be funded through the Adult Education Budget (AEB). Adults will have the opportunity to undertake improved digital courses based on new national standards. This research seeks to develop a baseline to determine the capability of the basic digital skills workforce to deliver the new basic digital skills entitlement. This project will use existing workforce data, as well as conduct qualitative case studies, to obtain a better understanding in this area.
