Central Bedfordshire Council requires the provision of several EV Car Club Scheme's to support the Travel Plans of the large-scale housing developments at Bidwell West, Linmere both located to the North of Houghton Regis and the developments East of Leighton Linslade. It is anticipated that each development will initially have two vehicles, six in total across all three developments. The bidder is expected to provide an all-inclusive service. The start date of each of the car clubs will differ, but each will be operational for a minimum period of 3 years from launch of each car club. Please follow the information and guidance supplied within the ITT document, this will help you adhere to our requirements.
