The Provider shall provide a digital weight management service that will be available as part of the Tier 2 weight management service in Northamptonshire. This service will provide a minimum of 12 weeks of digital evidence-based support for people to reduce and continue to manage their weight. This must include some form of coaching support alongside the digital intervention.
