## Notice

With regards to the installation of future EV charging points, HBC will require as part of this contract, the installation of trunking / ducting to be installed in readiness for these works. The installation works of charging points will be carried out by a separate contractor at a future date. The marking out of the parking bays will be discussed and agreed on site.
