The overall aim of the service, will consist of the following key requirements: * Planning the delivery of the training and mentoring programme * Agreeing the final programme and timescale with the SCC lead and CPAR co-ordinator * Being responsible for the delivery of the programme and its objectives in line with the agreed timescale * Providing monthly update reports to SCC and CPAR co-ordinator over the course of the project * Engaging community researchers and seeking feedback on their experience of the training and mentoring at regular intervals, reporting findings to SCC.
