If you wish to take part please register with Dudley MBC e-tendering website www.blackcountry business.co.uk and use the register/sign in button which is located on the left-hand side of the page and complete the registration forms. Following registration, an email will be sent to you advising of your user ID along with a reminder of your email address and password. The Council will always take legal advise from Procurement Lawyers in exercising these rights to ensure that competition is not stifled and provide equal treatment of all economic operators. Neither the Council is to be liable for any costs, fees or expenses incurred by any party expressing any interest in or participating in this procurement process. The Council is subject to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Environmental Information Regulations2004.
