These works are for the 2018/19 kitchen modernisations programme. Works will include the removal of the existing kitchens and replacement with a new kitchen, wall tiles, kitchen floors and decorations etc. The works are to be completed over a 30-week period and in accordance with the detailed specification supplied within the tender package. Bidders are advised that not all properties have been surveyed and it will be the winning bidder's responsibility to ensure that surveys are carried out and drawings produced in line with the tenant's choice before works start. The anticipated contract start date is Monday 2 July 2018 The expected contract end date is 31 March 2019 The expected completion date for issued works: end of January 2019 Additional works may be commissioned during the contract period at the sole discretion of the Council.
