NOTE: This notice was updated on 13 February 2018 for the following reason: Updated to include linked tender documents.We are looking for a delivery partner for some short sprint-based work That delivery partner will have the following skills and experience: - Javascript frameworks e.g Angular or React - Access control mechanisms for web portals - Database interfaces e.g. PHP - Open source, mysql, postgresql, linux - Configuration management, such as github - Some spatial expertise, e.g leaflet, MapboxGLJS - WMS, WFS experience - Android and iOS mobile app development We anticipate a succession of small assignments of 5 to 10 days each, up to a total of approximately 60 days (depending on budget). We are planning the first assignment to begin in March- April 2018. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
