This notice pertains to a mini-competition exercise that was carried out under the Drainage Works Framework 2023. Details of this mini-competition are below listed below: - Aim: to find a Contractor to deliver the Fir Tree Road Tunbridge Wells scheme. - Dates: The scheme needs to be delivered between the 29 January 2024 to 04 March 2024. - The scheme will deliver the following outputs, please note that this is not an exclusive list: * Road closure, advanced warning signs, and letter drops. * To carry out two trial hole trenches across the full width of the carriageway. * To replace three existing gullies with new 450mm x 900mm gully pots, and to also install another four new 450mm x 900mm gully pots. * To install two new Type 2a chambers in the carriageway. * To install a new 2.4m dia, 4m deep Type 1 Soakaway (conventional) on the verge of the Commons to KCC standard. Before excavating for the soakaway, the existing turf is to be cut out, rolled up and set aside for re-use.
