The successful supplier will therefore be expected to meet the Technical Requirements, as outlined by the Regulator of Social Housing, to ensure compliance with those requirements, both in terms of collection of the TSMs, and providing data to the Council for compliant submission. See Appendix B - Outcome Specification for further details.
