The Town Council's overarching vision is that the buildings should remain community assets and that they will be utilised to provide something new and different that reflects Lostwithiel's culture and heritage. The project also seeks to identify the role these buildings might play in rejuvenating the town for the community and improving Lostwithiel's destination status. The objective of this study is to provide a fully costed financially viable project that the Town Council can progress through the various stages of the RIBA plan of work stages.
