## Notice

Hartlepool Borough Council (HBC) is seeking to secure the expertise of a suitably qualified Provider to deliver a perinatal mental health support service to parents with mild to moderate mental health needs or who are vulnerable to perinatal mental health issues. They will support families on an individual and group basis from pre-birth to their child's second birthday.
