The Authority plans to support a cohort of single homeless clients based on a Housing First model for one year. The funding secured through the Rough Sleeper Initiative Grant awarded by the Ministry of Housing Communities and Local Government will provide for initial start-up and delivery of this pilot. This will allow us to develop the local evidence base to support a business case for permanent funding as part of a wider review of Supported Housing being delivered following integrated commissioning principles. This is a fixed price contract of PS60,000. The successful supplier shall receive the full PS60,000 to deliver the Housing First service for a 12 month period.
