The Works comprise the design and construction of new homes, complete with associated drainage and services alterations, all infrastructure, external hard and soft landscaping and the like, as noted below: Schedule of Accommodation - Dwellings for Social Rent: 1 No. 2 bedroom house @ 71m2 each 1 No. 1 bedroom house @ 61m2 each Associated footpaths, parking bays, drainage, external lighting, general external works, including fencing, new crossovers and landscaping. 1 No. bicycle storage within each rear garden. The site is an irregular shaped garage block plot between 46 and 61 Bartram Close. The site is located between 61/63 and 46/48 Bartram Close. The rear backs onto the rear gardens of Nos. 93, 95 and 97 Collingwood Road. The site is located within a predominantly residential area comprising of semi-detached two storey dwellings.
