## Notice

Brighton &Hove City Council (BHCC, "The Council") has approximately 1100 garages. Over the last 12 months we have instructed approximately 200 repairs or lock changes to these garages. Repairs include but are not limited to; replacement of garage doors and timber frames, carrying out garage door lock changes, easing and adjusting existing garage doors. The Council required a Garage door repair contractor to carry out these works on our behalf.
