The Council is seeking to appoint a single consultancy to meet the requirements set out in these documents. The tender will be carried via a mini competition via the ESPO 664_21 Lot 5 Framework, contractors on Lot 5 of the Framework who gave an expression of interest will therefore be invited to submit a tender. Deadline for submissions is Thursday 8th August 2024 at 12 Noon
