## Notice

In order to best achieve this, the project will follow a two-stage method of procurement, with the Trust seeking initially to engage a contractor under a preconstruction services agreement to work alongside the consultant team to help define the scope, and develop the design for the scheme ahead of entering into Contract. Whilst it will be confirmed as part of this exercise, the anticipated construction cost is expected to be in the region of PS1.2m - PS1.5m (excluding VAT).
