## Summary

The Herefordshire Council is initiating a soft market test for the Sensory Impairment service in Herefordshire. This tender falls under the social work and related services industry category and is located in the West Midlands region of the UK. Currently at the planning stage, the engagement end date is set for 10th July 2018. The council's existing contract for the service concludes on 30th September 2018, with an anticipated annual budget ranging between £100,000 and £120,000, plus an additional equipment budget of approximately £30,000 per year.

This tender presents exciting opportunities for businesses specialising in health and social care services, particularly those offering rehabilitation, re-ablement, or sensory impairment support. Companies with experience in delivering similar services, as well as those who can provide effective information and support to service users, would be well-equipped to compete. Engaging in this soft market test allows potential providers to inform the future procurement strategy and potentially secure a contract with Herefordshire Council.
