## Notice

The National Communications Data Service (NCDS) provides key services to Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) and Wider Public Authorities (WPAs) within the Communication Data Services area. As part of this requirement, NCDS need to have an arrangement in place that supports its operations to the LEA community. This project/procurement is required to ensure an appropriate Delivery Partner is contracted to maintain high Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the core services to our Local Enforcement Agencies for law enforcement purposes. NCDS Current support agreements for the incumbent contracts are due to expire on 31st December 2021, for which the Authority will include a 3-6 month transition period to any new provider via a compliant PCR15 procurement route. The Authority anticipates having awarded the contract by October 2021, with contract commencement from Nov/Dec 2021.
