## Notice

Direct award will be the method for awarding contracts for Lots 1 to 3, and mini competitions will be used for Lot 4. To be eligible for mini competition for Lot 4, Bidders must meet the requirements, set out in Award Criteria Doc (1 (A)), this document sets out Bidders must score a Minimum of 50% in total for the Quality Questions to be awarded a place in the Framework for Lot 4. Each Award will be for a period of one calendar year, unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of award.
