The required review documents will be produced in retrospect to present review information for 2015, 16 and 17. Cheshire East Council is seeking to appoint one and/or a number of professional companies to research, write, design and produce the Cheshire East Annual Commercial Property Review for the Cheshire East area, as part of a wider lead generation/campaign plan for years 2015, 2016 & 2017 inclusive, by gathering and interpreting key marketing information from local and regional property agents, developers, owners and Cheshire East Council Officers on strategic projects, and developing a report which identifies key trends and developments from across the Borough.
