The Lead Consultant/Architect will provide: - RIBA Stage 1 (Preparation and Brief) and RIBA Stage 2 (Concept Design) information, including an Option Appraisal/Bid Scheme Review and Justification for the development site - A RIBA Stage 3 Developed Design for the new build residential buildings and the public realm - All documents and information required for the submission of a full planning application for the proposed development - Additional detailed drawings, schedules, specifications and reports to RIBA Stage 3+ for inclusion in the contractor's tender pack - Management of the sub-consultant design team - Support to the consultation process, including input development of the consultation strategy, provision of materials and attendance at events Additional information: This tender will be administered via an e-procurement system called Pro Contract.
