A market event is scheduled for Thursday, 19th April 2018, from 1 to 4 PM at the Stanborough Centre in Watford, where potential providers can network and learn about the procurement timetable. Attendees should come prepared to showcase their capabilities and discuss potential collaboration, as this engagement forum will facilitate direct interaction with commissioners and other providers. ## Notice **CHANGE OF VENUE TO ORIGINAL ADVERT - IF YOU HAVE REGISTERED PREVIOUSLY, YOU DO NOT NEED TO RE-REGISTER** Market Event for Adult Community Health Services procurement for Herts Valleys CCG Following the Market Engagement event held on Wednesday 28th February 2018, NHS Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of the commissioners, NHS Herts Valleys Clinical Commissioning Group (HVCCG), would like to invite providers to attend a market event, for providers to network and advertise their capabilities to other attendees, as well as the commissioners providing a brief update to the anticipated procurement timetable and process. The event details are as follows; 1 - 4pm Thursday 19th April 2018 Stanborough Centre Cedar/Sycamore room, 609 St Albans Road, Garston, Watford, Herts, WD25 9JL. The proposed Adult Community Health Services included are: * Enhanced and Core Integrated Community Nursing and Therapy Services * Intermediate Care Community Beds * Bladder and Bowel * Adult Community Speech and Language Services * Cardiac Rehabilitation * Community Neuro Rehabilitation Service * Lymphodema * Tissue Viability Service * Specialist Palliative Care * Podiatry. It is now anticipated that the tender will be published at the beginning of May 2018 (not week commencing 03rd April 2018 as previously presented). Providers are invited to network and to discuss with other attendees their capability, and what services they would like to be part of providing. All types of organisation are welcomed to attend, and this includes if you are interested in bidding as, for example, a lead provider, or as a sub-contractor. Providers are welcome to bring along their own marketing material, such as boards, if they wish. Commissioning and Procurement staff will be present at the event to answer any questions, and these will be recorded and published, as at a presented-market engagement event. We will also be giving a brief presentation updating the market regarding the anticipated timeline and process. Places are strictly limited due to space restrictions.
