It is proposed that the contract will be awarded on a single source basis on behalf of all 6 authorities. 1.3 Contract Term The proposed contract period is from 01.04.23 to 31.03.24 (1 year) with an option to extend for 2 x 1 years. Any extension of the contract would be agreed by both parties and would be subject to the terms and conditions of the main contract.
