This event has been arranged to provide information about the upcoming procurement of integrated offender healthcare services at Her Majesty's Prison (HMP) Gartree and HMP Whatton. The event will explain what services are being tendered for, specific prison demographics and population profiles, an overview of the procurement process itself including timescales, as well as providing an opportunity for exchange of information and contacts between providers and lead bidders. Details of the event are as follows: Wednesday 20th July 2016 10.30-12.00 The Jurys Inn Hotel, Station Street, Nottingham, NG2 3BJ To attend this event please register your interest by completing the spreadsheet attached and returning it back to the email address below by 3pm Friday 15th July 2016. Last minute changes of attendee names will not be accepted Visitors must abide by the "Controlled Articles" protocol. Banned items include though are not limited to electrical devices including mobile phones, laptops, any metal objects, medication and chewing gum. Both prison gate houses have lockers fort eh safe storage of personal items/valuables.
