It is proposed that a structural GRP liner is installed within the arch to restore its load bearing capabilities. It is vital that the Contractor can offer a high quality, highly reliable service offering value for money (VFM) over the full life of any contract. All proposals must clearly demonstrate how this can be achieved. Completion of the works is required by 12 Jun 2021 with a further period 2 year(s) for provision of defect & warranty rectification as defined in the contract.
