The contract has a term of three years from 1st November 2018 to 31st October 2021, the contract may be extended, numerous times and in any increment but shall not exceed 24 months (a maximum term of 5 years). For the avoidance of doubt, Lot 2 services will commence on 17th December 2018, to allow Ninety (90) days notice of termination, and to transition from the outgoing service provider.
