## Notice

Wirral Council is seeking proposals from a suitably qualified and experienced provider to provide an Occupational Therapy service for young people with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND) across Wirral. The Occupational Therapy service will provide children, young people, and family-centred services up until the child's 25th birthday that recognise and build upon their strengths and focus upon improving outcomes. The Occupational Therapy service will be provided to children and young people with the following needs: * Cognition and learning; Being productive, e.g. participating in nursery, school and post 16 educational institutions * Social, emotional and mental health; Playing and socialising, including with friends, belonging to a group, participating in social activities within an educational environment * Sensory and/or physical needs; Self-care, e.g. getting dressed, eating a meal, washing, and toileting * Sensory processing needs
