## Notice

The scope of the Contract is the provision of Damp Prevention Surveys and Remedial Works to Pioneer properties. Damp Prevention Surveys shall be undertaken at the following property types: *High rise flats *Low rise flats *Houses *Bungalows *Offices *Community centres *Football stadium The Remedial Works shall include but not be limited to: *Plastering *Thermal boarding *Mould and damp prevention treatment *Damp proofing works *Ventilation systems Full details of the Works and locations included in the scope the Contract are contained in the Specification set out at Appendix 1 of this the Invitation to Tender. A single Contractor is required to deliver the entire scope of the Contract. It is envisaged that the Contract with the Successful Bidder shall last for an initial period of 3 years, with an option to extend at the Pioneer Group's sole discretion for up to 2 further years, giving a total potential period of 5 years. The estimated Contract commencement date is February 2024. Additional information: This procurement is being managed on behalf of the Pioneer Group by Clarity Procurement Solutions Limited. The closing date for tender submissions is 12.00 hours on 18/12/2023. Tenders must be submitted via the Pioneer Delta e-tendering portal.
