Note: Support will be provided via phone/email. It is Network tooling and no on-site support is required. Suppliers shall provide a statement regarding the scope of their Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans to protect the Agency from the consequences of business interruptions Suppliers shall explain how they have verified the information is correct in order to meet the requirements and that all aspects have been quoted for
