The service will work in partnership with other services and agencies to improve the outcomes and life chances for Young Parents and their children in Cornwall. Young and teenage parents face issues specific to them when bringing up a family. Cornwall Council is interested in commissioning a service that will meet the needs of these parents and their young children that will result in positive outcomes being achieved with regards to their education, employment, health behaviour,parenting, safeguarding, social and emotional needs.
