The purpose of this tendering exercise is to appoint a Designer at minimum, while opening the tender opportunity to Design and Build companies should they wish to submit. As mentioned in the introduction, the Build portion of the tender is not scored, showing that Design and Build companies will not gain preferential treatment over Design only tenderers. The estimate value of Design is PS50,000 - PS60,000 and the estimate value of Build is PS350,000.
