## Notice

Haringey CCG are looking to appoint a new provider to cover an existing requirement for Integrated Workforce Investment Planning. Key activities required including planned outcomes will cover two elements: 1. Integrated care training 2. Integrated care champions training A continued programme of training and development is required to ensure the workforce across health and social care in Haringey are equipped with the skills and knowledge to deliver integrated services and improve coordination of care to Haringey's residents, in particular those over 65 who are at high risk of hospital admission. This will be achieved by direct engagement of staff across health and social care and by establishing a network of health and social care champions to support the roll out of innovations and best practice in integrated care.
