"Southwark Housing Strategy to 2043" is a complex programme which includes the following commitments in addition to the 11,000 new homes, all of which will be delivered solely by Housing: * Refurbishment of existing housing stock, and * Build on top and extensions to existing housing stock. * Improving void turnaround times. * Upgrading Housing's district heating systems to reduce C02 emissions. * Providing housing aids and adaptations to its vulnerable residents. * Refurbishment and upgrades of operational non residential buildings.
