The council is building new council homes with an aim to build 11,000 by 2043 and is looking for contractors who will work with the council to deliver on its promises to residents and deliver homes that are: * Built to a good technical specification and of high quality; * Delivered on time and helping the council meet its future demand for housing; * Delivered on budget and offering excellent value for money
