Swindon Borough Council will evaluate the Selection Questionnaire and shortlist 5 suitably qualified bidders who will be invited to tender for the refurbishment of 1 and 3 Faringdon Road, Swindon. A draft ITT, which may be subject to minor changes, will be issued with the Selection Questionnaire for information about the works only, you are not required to complete the ITT at this stage.
