Description The Support Chain Information Support team (SCIS) within Defence Equipment and Support (DE&S) continues to prepare to initiate a competitive procurement process to award a contract for a new Joint Equipment Maintenance Management Application (JEMMA). Procurement Timescales & Contract Value. The Authority anticipates issue of Contract Notice and to start Supplier Selection in Summer 2022 with the issue of an invitation to negotiate in Autumn 2022. The current estimated value range of the Contract is between PS20M-PS100m. 3. Update 2 - 5 April 2022. The MOD is continuing to conduct an in-depth engineering review of the requirement for JEMMA, and the potential to deliver a pan Defence transformational Engineering Through Life Support (ETLS) solution that better meets the needs of Defence and delivers improved value for money. We are currently anticipating completion of this review during April 2022, and MOD Strategic Command and DE&S (in conjunction with Front Line Commands) will update Industry on the next steps for the programme together with an outline schedule in due course.
